I’m a Marketing and Transformation executive, and a mother of two energetic boys, learning—as many of us are—to hold big careers, big emotions, and big dreams all at once. Some days it feels like a juggle; most days I think of it as a dance.

In more than twenty years leading teams across 20 countries at Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company, one truth has stayed with me: a single meaningful conversation can shift everything — your perspective, your confidence, your sense of what’s possible.
