A Marketing & Transformation executive and a mother of two energetic boys. I am starting to bounce up against life's bigger questions and, like so many of you, trying to "do it all" with excellence and grace. It's certainly a juggle, or as I like to think of it, a dance.
Over two decades of leading hundreds of leaders across 20 countries at companies like Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company have taught me something: Sometimes the most powerful catalyst can simply be a conversation with the right person, at the right time.
