20 years at Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company taught me a lot about marketing. Most of all though, it taught me about people.

The messy, human side of marketing and transformation is what interests me most.

I see them as two sides of the same coin.

Marketing is about changing what people think, feel and do. Transformation is too, just with a different set of stakeholders.

At the heart of both are people, and I think it is important not to lose sight of that.

I’ve had the privilege of working across different markets, cultures, categories and stages of growth. It has taught me to be adaptable, open-minded and willing to innovate.

I hold high standards for the outcome and am extremely resourceful in how we get there. I think that combination matters more than ever.

Ultimately, I am motivated by making things better for people, whether that is a consumer, a leader or a team.

That is the thinking behind Audacia, from the Latin for daring.

Because both great marketing and successful transformation require bold choices, and a little daring.
